A DRAWING FOR THE FSA FUNDRAISER

Somewhere,
deep within the bowels of
Cartoon Network Studios
lurks the mighty
Director of Operations
Zita Lefebvre.
She's the one who keeps the place running
but she also keeps CN
sooper involved in the community.

Case in point,
her work with the
They've got a great
Art Therapy Program:

And they're having a silent auction
at their annual fundraiser
so Zita asked a bunch of
SOOEPR TALENTED ARTISTS
to donate drawings.

She asked me, too!

So I hit the Cintiq and got to work.
It started like this:

Then it went here:

Then kinda like this:

I made a slightly cleaner version:

And then used that as a guide to
go analogue
with some colored pencils:

Let's hope it makes the
eleventy thousand dollars!

MR. WARBURTON'S ICE BUCKET CHALLENGE

It was only a matter of time.

Fortunately I got
Kelley and Parker
to help out:

Thanks to sooper editor
Brad Rozman
for helping patch this
bit of ridiculousness
together.

COMIC CON 2014-- ADULT SWIM-STYLE!

On Saturday night of Comic Con 2014
Maxwell Atoms and I sat upon the top of the
Hyatt Hotel in San Diego,
watching.

Watching
and
WAITING:

We were mainly waiting for the waitress to
remove those unmanly drinks
and bring us some
Scotch.

But we were also waiting for this:

YEEEEEEESSSSSS!
Once the clock struck 10:30
THE ADULT SWIM FUNHOUSE
magically appeared on the horizon
signaling the start of
Adult Swim's
annual SDCC party!

Dare we go inside with
our fellow animation folk?

The horrors awaiting were legion!

Gravity Falls creator
Alex Hirsch
barely made it out with his flannel!

(Or that's the cover for his next album)

Mr. Atoms punched his way
through with authority:

sat down to enjoy some TV...

But found a hideous
man-baby instead.

A walk-in fridge was filled with giant
happy hopping-mad meat and vegetables:

Rick and Morty creator
Justin Roiland
rocked and rolled
through the
roiling puke-tube:

We then stumbled upon the only exit,
a dryer full of filthy clothes
being humped by a giant robot:

And after crawling through it's
pitch black tunnel of wretchedness
we emerged from...

A CAT BUTT:

We would have preferred to escape via the slide
or the karaoke cage:

But it was the cat butt for

Those who survived soon partied
and partied to survive:

There was drinks.

And ice cream.

And lots of good friends,
old and new.

There was even a make-your-own t-shirt stall!

I got me some Venture Bros:

FUN AND MADNESS!

Thanks Adult Swim
for bringin' it!
