VICTOR NUNES DRAWS WITH STUFF

Okay, like
this is you:

OMG
I don't know what to draw!

And then
Brazilian artist
Victor Nunes
walks up.

And he's like,

Dude, just grab a
PIECE OF LETTUCE!

And you're all confused because
you don't speak Portuguese.

So Mr. Nunes takes a piece
of paper, a pencil
and some lettuce
and
BOOM:

Mr. Nunes
does it
with bread
and other stuff, too:

Go

CAREER DAY AT COLFAX CHARTER

I had
DUMPTRUCKS
of fun
hanging with the kids
at
Colfax Charter Elementary School
for their
Career Day!

(that's a sooper secret new show pitch i'm telling the kids about)
(shhhhhhhhhh!)

And I love that
they didn't take a picture of me
picking my nose.

THANKS
FOR THE AWESOME CARD,
ROOM 15!

RE-ANIMATED: THE ZOMBIE SHOW

Tuesday night was
most
DEFINITELY
the zombie apocalypse.

At least it was at
DISNEY
TV ANIMATION:

Yup,
the latest
art show's theme was
ZOMBIES!

And a lot of folks turned up to have
their brains eaten
by
SOOPER
INCREDIBLE
ART!

Aliki Theofilopolous Graft
showed off her napkin
art as part of her never-ending quest
to make all other parents feel lame about
what they put in their kid's lunches:

Fish Hooks totally
rose from the
grave
toilet:

PHINEAS AND FERB
creator Dan Povenmire
went black and white for
Inktober:

Love this Sea Hag by
Alex Duckworth:

STAR VS THE FORCES OF EVIL
creator
Daron Nefcy
rocked this out:

7D
art director
Frank Montegna
designed this
Haunted Mansion
homage
with the help of
directors
Charles Visser
and
Alfred Gimeno:

Who let
Pikachu
in the house?

GAH!
I somehow didn't get the
third painting in this
beautiful
triptych:

FISH HOOKS
creator
Noah Z. Jones
made this:

And Joel Trussel made this:

My son
Parker got to meet
GRAVITY FALLS
creator
ALEX HIRSCH
and told him that if he didn't
give him an autograph
he'd spend the next 5 hours talking about soccer.

Alex quickly gave him an autograph:

So what'd I dig up for the show?

THE 7 DEAD!

I started by doing the
roughs on my Cintiq:

I cleaned 'em up a bit further:

Then I printed each one and
cleaned 'em up in pencil over a light box:

After that the colored pencils went to work:

And
WHA-BOOOOOOM:

It was so much fun
drawing these!

 The
DISNEY TVA
art shows are like
deliciously
gourmet
brains
served up just the way
you like 'em!
